Purchase
Purchase eligible crop input products from Cargill between Sept 1, 2025 and Aug 31, 2026.
Contract
Establish a Cargill canola merchandising contract for 2026 production between May 1, 2026 and April 30, 2027, delivered by August 31, 2027.
Earn
Earn account credit starting October 1, 2026 until April 30, 2027, as canola is contracted.
How to earn Fuel Up! Credit
You can earn Fuel Up! account credit on eligible products listed in the table below. The table below shows how Fuel Up! qualifying acres and credit potential is calculated for each product category. Farmers can earn credit across all eligible product categories.
Additional eligible products will be added by January 1, 2026.
To unlock Fuel Up! account credit on all Qualifying Acres, you must contract a matching number of canola MTs with Cargill between May 1, 2026, and April 30, 2027, delivered by August 31, 2027.

Key Program Dates
- Aug 31, 2026 - Deadline to purchase eligible products.
- Aug 31, 2026 - Deadline to enroll canola acres into the Cargill Power Canola program.
- May 1, 2026 - Canola contracts created after this date can be used to "unlock" Fuel Up! account credit.
- Oct 1, 2026 - Fuel Up! account credit will begin being issued to farmers as canola is contracted.
- Apr 30, 2026 - Deadline to contract canola to unlock Fuel Up! account credit.
- Aug 31, 2026 - Deadline to deliver canola contracts.
