How important is disease resistance when making your seed purchasing decision?
Reg Schmidt - Thorsby, AB

With all of the canola we grow, or any crop, disease is always a concern. Whether that’s blackleg, clubroot, it’s a huge area of concern and so those varieties that we choose must be something that has some resistance to those, along with the management tools that we use to mitigate that disease presence. But, you know, you need to have disease resistance hybrids to start with. - D’Arcy Hilgartner
